We woke up this morning and headed to the only logical place…the breakfast buffet. After that we headed down the Venetian to meet Chrissy, her mom and Grandmother. We toured the shops for while but they are all way too expensive for our taste. We met up with them in the casino after about a half hour and visited for a bit before venturing off with Chrissy. We walked to the Paris hotel and bought big Strawberry Margaritas. They were so large we actually got sick off of them (too sweet). Next, we headed to Planet Hollywood and walked around. We found the Sushi buffet we ate at last year with Kim and Eric. We hope to eat there again before we leave.
After a quick stop at Chrissy’s hotel room to pick up her bathing suit we returned to the Stratosphere and went up to the pool. It was nice to relax and the company was wonderful. After our swim we headed down to the buffet. The food was good but the service was lacking a bit.
We ended the night by meeting Chrissy’s parents and grandmother down at Freemont Street. We always love it there. We saw the light show featuring the music of the Doors. We even gambled a bit. Michael won about 15 bucks but then I lost that 15 so we broke even.
